Megawatt Charging System (MCS) is an optional high-power plug-in charging solution designed specifically for heavy-duty electric terminal equipment. It enables significantly faster charging compared to traditional CCS interfaces, reducing the operational downtime of  electric straddle carrier operations.

Kalmar FastCharge™ hands-free charging system ensures your straddle carrier can stay in operation for a full shift. It uses strategically placed pantograph charging stations in your yard to opportunity charge your battery quickly during operational waiting times to enable fast and frequent charging throughout the shift.

Combined Charging System (CCS) is a standard plug-in charging solution for electric straddle carriers, providing a reliable and widely adopted interface for DC charging. It enables efficient energy transfer at up to 350 kW / 500 A, making it well suited for planned charging during shifts, breaks, or other operational downtime in electric straddle carrier operations.
